Nihon Mura

Hubby and I visited the outlet at Shaw Plaza for dinner before our night movie at the Shaw cinema. We ordered its All-You-Can-Eat ala-carte dinner.
There are many varieties of Japanese delicacies to choose from, ranging from sashimi, sushi, skewered dishes (asparagus, bacon with golden needle mushroom, chicken soft bones ....), tempura, noodles (soba, ramen), sukiyaki, chawamushi and many others. The restaurant also serves desserts like ice-cream and mochi. There is also a special one-time serving menu, out of which we chose 2 dishes (beef slices and chawanmushi with shark's fin and abalone). The speed of serving food and clearing of empty plates was fast. My only complaint was that the chef had cut the vegetables for the tempura into small pieces while I prefer bigger pieces which would have been more crunchy. Other than this, the food were fresh and delicious.
For so much to eat, guess how much we had paid? Only $23.90++ for a person! It is really value for money. If you show your student pass, you will enjoy student price.
